Mission Statement

NorTerra's mission is to contribute to the business objectives of Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement and to enable its beneficiaries to achieve equal and meaningful participation in the national and Arctic economies.

To achieve these objectives, NorTerra will strive to be a dynamic, innovative and respected corporation, to generate appropriate financial returns for its shareholders and, through employment and training opportunities, to develop the skills of its beneficiaries.
